When I place “rit.” dorico places it (see attachement “Default”).
When I change the position to be placed lower by mouse or “start offset” y number (see attachement “Moved”, save and reopen, it reverts back to the Default position.
Could you attach or send me the project in which this occurs? You should find that if you change the ‘Gradual style’ property for your rit. marking to ‘rit.’ instead of the default ‘rit…’, it automatically moves down anyway.
