This update solved the 99% hangup for me and I’m still using my AMD Radeon RX570 with only 4G of DDR5 Ram - amazing!
Another suggestion to other users, download this App if you have any questions about your video card and it’s available Ram, just drop this very small downloaded program onto your desktop and open it when you need it. I’ve used it for years and have had no issues or concerns:
