Using Cubase 13 Pro and GASE5 - all up to date with latest versions.
I have one preset in the Beat Agent Rock Pop Toolbox called “VA BCH” that won’t play sounds on the pads in the Pattern setting. The pads all work in the Instrument setting. The preset was playing fine earlier today but when I switched to a new project, the same “VA BCH” preset plays no sound from any of the pads in the Pattern setting. The little grey clock faces in the middle of each pad don’t even go round. The preset still works fine in the earlier project. I haven’t done anything obvious to make changes. 
I’ve re-installed both GA and the Rock Pop Toolbox via the Download Assistant but the issue persists.
Any suggestions on restoring the Pattern pads for this preset?

I also get that with one of them. I dont know if it means it needs to get reinstalled or its a bug.

I’ve done the reinstall but it does nothing to change the issue. Waiting on help from Support. If there’s anything worth sharing, I’ll post it.
Just out of interest, what’s the preset you’re having problems with? For me, it’s “VA BCH”.
So …. update after having done a remote session with Support.
The guy couldn’t/wouldn’t explain the issue other than it was very clear to him what the problem was but that he couldn’t fix it and would pass the issue on to developers. The best ‘answer’ I got from him was that “the preset is wrong”.
Not sure what is wrong with the preset, bearing in mind it worked fine until a couple of weeks ago. Here’s hoping it’s “fixed” in a future update.
