Try these steps.
If you have already done one of the steps, just continue with the next one.
Please make sure you have completed all the steps.
- make sure you have installed v3.1.4 of Roland Cloud Manager.
- update all plug-ins in the Cloud Manager library that indicate an available update
- clear your browser cache.
- restart your computer. If you are using a Mac, make sure that the “Reopen window” option is not activated**.
- start Roland Cloud Manager
- start your DAW. <–very important!
