Roland ZENology crashes after opening a saved Project

that’s what I have done to reproduce your problem
- Start VL, New Project, LAYERS tab is selected
- Load Zenology Pro to Layer 1
- Save Project, Close VL
- Start VL, Load last Project with the Hub
No Problem. No Crash. Can you always reproduce your crash? What are you doing? Alternative you can give me your *.vlprj file.
And can you please check if you have any crash logs?
Windows : C:\Users\Documents\Steinberg\CrashDumps
macOS : /Users/Your_Username/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports

Hi Michael,
the problem seems to be the selection of a user preset (of VSTlive).
After selection (“Load Preset”) the program crashes , no Dump-File available.
I dont know where the vst-presets are saved.

I cannot reproduce it. Sorry. Can you please have a look to the following folder:
C:\Users\YourName\Documents\VST3 Presets
… find the problematic preset and share it with us.

329 Grand Pipes.vstpreset is crashing the ZENOLOGY Plug-In directly. Is that preset from you? Made with VL? Or is it a factory Preset? I try to contact the colleagues from Roland.
