Roli Equator 2 crashes Cubase pro 11

I can work in Cubase pro 11 with the new roli equator 2 plugin. But when I save a song, and try to reopen it, it crashes Cubase. Could reproduce it with Cubase pro 10.5 as well. Removing the plugin and saving the song and everything works fine. I have a working solution: before opening the song opening the equator plugin in an empty project also solves the problem.

Have another issue: when using a multitimbral plugin some of the parts get randomly transposed. I have this with Virus TI. Very annoying: when transposing the song correctly and saving it, next time it might start up withoit needing the transpose.


I’m on Win pro 10 x64, AMD Ryzen threadripper 1950x 16 core, 32Gb RAM, motu pci 424 mk2308 soundcard. Have the crashdumpfiles sent to Steinberg support

I’m sorry for that.

Do you know, if they did resolve the *.dmp file? I would be really wondering, at which line they see it’s in Cubase. Of course it’s possible I’m wrong…
