"Round" value in Logical Editor no longer works on MIDI tracks

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a MIDI Track.
2. Create a MIDI Part.
3. Set Quantize to Quarters.
4. Record/place/draw a Note that is “off” the quantize grid.
5. Create the following LE preset:
   
   
6. Apply the LE.
7. Observe that the note is gone.
8. Undo.
9. Create an Instrument track.
10. Move the MIDI part to that track.
11. Apply the same LE preset.
12. Observe that the notes is moved to the closest quarter.

Expected results: There should be no difference in how the Round value works between MIDI and Instrument tracks.

Actual result: I can’t tell if the note is moved somewhere unvisible or deleted, but it is nowhere to be found.

Check if the filtering and duration modification with MIDI also fails. The option disappeared for me when I updated to 14. It’s absolutely necessary to fix the errors in the logical editor.
