routing in cubase

is it possible to route 3 input channels directly into a stereo track for recording? I’m recording a 12 string using a piezo pickup, a regular pickup, and a condenser mic. It would be nice to have it come out on one track premixed into stereo somehow, without requiring an external mixer…My interface is an M-Audio Mtrack 8

Use an LCR track (or any other 3 channel format) for recording and put the ‘Mix6To2’ plugin on it.

It’s in the surround category, already there (Cubase Pro).
