I’m not sure if this issue has been reported. I believe it was but I can’t find it. So just in case here it goes.
This one is terribly annoying thing, it was introduced in Cubase 7 if I remember correctly
Easy to reproduce
-create the new project
-Click and hold mouse, zoom in or out by moving it up or down, and move it to left or right
Result is very annoying behavior when locator goes away from the mouse cursor, it is so difficult to navigate!
