Safe mode all the time

Hi,

Cubase 12 shuts down normally but comes up in safe mode every time.
It says:
The application was terminated with an error while executing the following file:
Freeze

I did not freeze at all in these files.

Please your help in this matter.

Hi,

Could you share *.crash/dmp file(s), please?

Mac: macOS Console utility > User Reports folder or Crash Reports in macOS 10.15 (or ~user/Library/Logs/Diagnostic Reports).
Win: Documents/Steinberg/Crash Dumps

Cubase 12 doesn’t support Windows 7. Update to the supported system, please.

It crashes in Vienna Ensemble Pro. Please make sure the plug-in and the server is up to date or get in touch with Vienna, please.
