"Safe Mode" for Cubase?

Hey all,

Trying to determine which plugin is preventing me from opening up a project in Cubase 10. The thing hangs EVERY time at about 77%. Like, before it even gets to scan the plugs and the tracks. So actually I’m not even sure that’s the problem.

All my other projects load up fine though.

Is there some type of “SAFE MODE” for Cubase that I can boot up without engaging any plugs?

And if there isn’t, WHY isn’t there?

And: yes: there is a safe mode for starting cubase.

Safe Mode Dialog
The Safe Mode dialog contains troubleshooting options.
● To open the Safe Start Mode dialog, launch Cubase, and when the splash screen appears,
hold down Ctrl/Cmd-Shift-Alt.
