Is it possible to pan individual notes in the midi editor from a sampler track?

For example I sampled a HH and edited in the sampler. I then drag midi phrase to project, is it possible to manipulate the panning in the same way I can manipulate the velocity?

The best way is to do this in the Instrument itself. Groove Agent can do this for sure.

Our you can use the Note Expression to do so.
