In the Create tab of the Hub there is a Choral section with several options to choose from. I’m assuming for a choir? I’d suggest either the Choir SATB with piano or the one with Organ to start with. If you prefer a reduced choral score (SA and TB on two staffs only), there is a Choir reduction player available via the Setup tab. (Add it to your score then delete the individual SATB parts). Once you have all the settings and players the way you want it, you can save it as a template which you can then use whenever you need it.

Also, you’ll need to select a Staff Size that is a bit smaller than the default, in Layout Options > Page Setup. Something like Staff Size 6 is quite common.
(Oh, and turn off abbreviated staff labels on every system – also in Layout Options > Staves and Systems. If the staves don’t change, they’re entirely unnecessary.)
