Save Visual Analysis Loudness Profiles with montage

Hi,

I love the visual loudness analysis, but every time I re-open a montage, the visuals are all gone and I need to re-analyze everything, which is cumbersome and time consuming.

Nuendo has a similar visual loudness feature with the “Analyzer” track, and all the previously ran loudness analysis and their visuals are preserved and saved with the session. So whenever I re-open the session, it’s all there, no need to re-analyze anything.

Is there a way to store the analysis results with the montage and get the same behaviour as Nuendo?

Is this not possible, sorry. And this is not planned either.
Maybe you have a slow computer? Because this process is pretty fast, especially if you have multiple cores.

That’s a shame. To me it is just plain obvious, that things like that should be saved and recalled. Don’t know why anyone would want it differently.

I think I’m pretty covered with my M2 Ultra, but still when I have 12 tracks in my montage and need to re-analyze all of them, it takes at least 20-30 seconds. “Analyze” is instantly, but “Analyze Rendering” is slow for obvious reasons. So sitting through 25 seconds of waiting when switching between sessions is just painful.
