Since i’m working a lot with external devices it would be really great to save the “Send” & “Return” values as vst presets. For now Cubase saves the last state of the send & return slider globally. This feature request would become handy when using external FX as inserts such as compressors and Preamps(dynamic and tone shaping tools).
Advantages:
- you could save the IN/OUT level state depending on the song since each song is different.
- you could leave the hardware device untouched, input and output gain in a fixed state
(specially when using preamps and tape machines) and use Cubase for driving the INS & OUTS.
