Saving while editing a Master Page dumps me back to my score

If I am editing a master page, and I save (either Cmd-S or using the menu option), I’m summarily dumped out of the master page editor, back to the music of my score. This is unideal, to say the least. Saving the file really shouldn’t make my view change.

(I am a compulsive file saver — I admit it. Dorico crashes less than it used to, but not infrequently.)

Unfortunately there are technical reasons for this that make it difficult to avoid, though I agree it’s not something a user would expect to happen and it’s not ideal. Hopefully we’ll be able to improve this in the future, but I’m not sure when or how at the moment!
