Scale and chord degree numbers next to notes

Is there a way to write numbers besides the notes in a chord to label extension degrees? For example, a simple C-E-G chord would have 1, 3 and 5 next (either to the left or to the right) to the respective notes.

I thought of using fingerings or figured bass to have the numbers above the chord as an alternative; however, that doesn’t work with extensions, which require two-digit numbers (I cannot write 1-3-5-7-9-11 for C-E-G-B-D-F). I also thought of using lyric lines, but I’d need to find a way to add accidentals. Still, being able to have the numbers next to each note would be ideal. Is there a way of doing that?

One last thing: it would be nice to be able to write both the chord degrees and the scale degrees. For example, on a F-A-C chord in C major I’d write 1(4)-3(6)-5(1).

You may have to create custom Playing Techniques (set to do nothing) to add these notations.

I use this above or below notes fairly often in analysis handouts. Just right-click and select Edit Single Lyric, which will allow you to insert the accidental.
