Scarlett 2i2 mic quality

Hi people
just a question in regards to the mic, what’s the best way to get the most out the mic’s quality possible?
I use a pc desktop to with the cubase software, the focusrite amp and the scarlett mic
but find that it’s not doing the best w/o any effects, i feel that it should be more clear and even using a pop filter when i record i hear the p’s and what not. Help, suggestions?

Anytime you are noticing quality issues, always start at the source and work your way up. The majority of your issues are likely coming from your source.

A Scarlett Mic is not the greatest piece of gear to use so I’d recommend you upgrade next time budget allows. And use a legit pop filter, panty hoses don’t always cut it.
