Score Editor: Bar Number Offset feature doesn't work

Steps:

  1. Create empty project
  2. Add a MIDI track
  3. Draw a MIDI part (any length)
  4. With the part selected, hit cmd+r (ctrl+r), then double click on the first bar number
    → Result = (1) Negative values can’t be chosen, (2) When choosing a positive value, nothing happens.

I don’t particularly need this. I’m just ratting out the BUG.

This is already reported issue. Thank you. It will be fixed with the upcoming update.
