The note overlay function would slove so much problem what a shame it is not available.
And the “polyphonic” function would allow fine tunning for piano scores that the new layout settings doesn’t allow.
How to get display quantize 1/4 top stave and 1/8 lower stave ? even the manual “display quantize” add on is for both staves.
Also.. maybe it’s a learning curve but adding notes to voice 1-4 looks random. I select notes, clic “1” they don’t go to “1”. nothing happen, stems are random.
At least with the polyphony option I remember using the midi channels and could set that in the midi editor.
Why when I click a note from a chord all notes are selected ? clicked all alt, shift, ctrl nothing helps.
(not to mention, is there a way to change timeline position directly in the score editor ? )
(score on lower zone is nice if only it would “turn page” 1 or 2 bars before. It’s impossible to anticipate read when page change is on the beat)
So many things to fix I feel I have to use nuendo 13 again.
If you click on the ‘stem’ of the chord then all notes within the chord should select/highlight. If you click on the note value (not the stem) of the note you wish to select then only that should highlight. If you ctrl click further notes within the chord they will also become highlighted. Ctrl clicking a highlighted note should make it non selected/not highlighted. Works here.
Oh I see what you mean. It doesn’t work all time. Sometime I clearly clic on the note but chord light up. Working with a massive zoom works but not practical to read.
In lower zone I’m using fill view and it switches to next Bar on the beat so you can’t read anything ahead.
