for many years i have loathed that whenever I drag something from an external source (splice, windows explorer, etc..) into cubase/nuendo .. the scrollwheel doesnt respond anymore until i drop the audio somewhere, forcing me to scroll all the way down to the screen until i arrive in the right place ..
it would be super dope if i can just drag something, and while holding mouse button to drag it into the sequencer, also use the scroll wheel to navigate in the seqeuncer to where i want to drop it (so scrolling up and down AND moving the whole sequencer with scrolllock/scrollclick …)
small thing .. but .. isnt this all about the small details 
btw to whoever on the steinberg team reads this; always loved Cubase, but seriously LOVE what you guys are doing with C15, keep it up <3
