Cubase has needed UI help for a while, for this reason and others. Form over function, as mentioned in the first post, is a basic no-no in pro GUI design for any app.

Haha, when I’m engineering with a rapper partner of mine, we’re always joking because of s*** like this. Like, “■■■■ Steinberg!,” “kidnap Steinberg!” and “yo, I’m gonna write a letter, on official company letterhead, to STEINBERGS, just to ask him, why the f in’ scroll bar is so f in’ small?!!!” We do this the way the average citizen curses Bill Gates about the intricate inferiorities of the latest Windows OS compared to the last version. Haha, good times - but f***!
