Currently when I scroll the voicings up and down on a chord pad it will move through closed position voicings along with open voicings. Rather than doing this, I would like to select once voicing type and proceed through its inversions.
For example, if I start with a closed, root position triad (C Maj in this case), I would like the voicings to proceed like this as I go up: C E G (root position), E G C (1rst inversion), G C E (2nd inversion), C E G (root position 8va).
How can I keep the chord pads from going on side adventures through open voicings in that circumstance?
