search in media bay

Hi,

i have a silly question but can’t seem to find how to do it.
i want to search in media bay for a word.
but i want the result to be only this word and nothing else.
for exemple run but not running
in browsers i us the “run” i can’t find how to get this result in mediabay.
i tried the filters : name / matches
but it doesn’t work. any idea ?
