Security issue with Cubase 15

I am getting this on my screen on my new Dell Windows 11 computer. Any idea what to do?

Are U using something with Dante?

Program Compatibility Assistant is a new “feature” on Windows. It introduces more problems than it solves.

No, I am using Thunderbolt 4 with my UA Apollo X8

Bonjour is an Apple discovery protocol, often installed by iTunes. If you type “bonjour\mdnsNSP.dll” into a search engine you will find some suggestions. Mine was eventually solved by installing an old Apple printer driver, I think because an iLok required Bonjour. Don’t worry, it’s only annoying, not harmful.

Bonjour is also the Dante device discovery tool used by Dante drivers. Since the Apollo 16D it is part of the UA driver bundle.

I wonder how many other products are using it? It looks like the real solution is for Bonjour to be fixed so it passes the security checks so that we don’t have to use an old version as a workaround.

That isn’t possible. There are some reasons…
First, it is intended to search the network. So it needs network access. MS new feature detects network access and warns the user.
MS needs to fix its behavior.
