Selectable Middle "C"

I would love to be able to select the octave for Middle “C”. Currently in Cubase its C3. I would love to change it to C4. I have only known Middle “C” (261hz) to be C4. I’ve been writing for more horns and between Cubase showing Middle C as C3 and some of my libraries not matching in key mapping it get really confusing to know where you are musically. Thank you,
