Selecting VST presets using Bank CC and PC data from a keyboard

I would like to find how I could select VST presets by using MIDI data from a keyboard. The keyboard sends Bank CC and PC data to select presets of VST plugin.

Hi,

This is possible, if the VST Instrument supports the preset change by the Program Change. HALion (Sonic SE) can do so.
