I’m wondering is there any shortcut for add selection and extend selection in Dorico for iPad? I’m using M2 iPad Pro with an official magic keyboard, shift key and command key seems not working at all for selection.
No, there are no shortcuts like Alt+click or Shift+click in Dorico for iPad, because the modifier keys on the keyboard don’t work in the same way on iPadOS as they do on macOS.
Nevertheless you can use keyboard shortcuts like Shift + right arrow key, Shift + Cmd + right arrow key, Cmd + A or Shift + Tab if you’re in Write Mode.
And you can use the left symbol instead of Control and the right symbol instead of Shift:
Is it possible to add a keyboard shortcut to select both of these symbols/buttons?
It is not, at the moment, no.
That would definitively increase input speed…
