Selling cubase 11 with grace period to pro 12

Hi there
i want to sell my Cubase 11 liscence… the liscence is in the grace period since i am upgrading from 7.5 now. when i sell it - will the upgrade to version 12 be aplicable for whoever buys the liscence from me?
for my logic it should be but im just making sure

The date of the very first activation matters. In your case the date of the update activation.
