selling cubase 4

hi , i have the full version of cubase 4 including halion 3 and i am looking to sell them on ebay, both licences are on my dongle so of course i will be supplying the dongle as well. Any idea what i have to do to transfer the licences to the new user?like i said i will supplying the key with both licences on. thanks
