I cannot find a way to seperate the unisons in the attached sample. Is it possible in Dorico?

Yes, that’s what I mean. But this setting is only for half notes.

You can do it manually. But I suspect that you want a setting, and not an after-the-fact manipulation, yes?
A setting would be the best. But I even can’t do it manually. Switching on manual note spacing only let’s me move both E’s to the right or left.

Don’t believe there is a setting for this.
The way to separate them is by adjusting the ‘Voice column index’ in the property panel (in Engrave mode). Select the notehead you want to the right, and increase the number.
