I’ve started practicing note input with the trial version and a simple transcription of a Bach keyboard piece, when at a certain stage every single edit began moving the two keyboard staves closer together, eventually overlapping and nearly occupying the exact same space. even undoing didn’t help, rather each undo brought the staves closer together.

Funny. I just closed the file and reopened it and the layout is fine again…
We do periodically see problems like this, but they tend to be hard to reproduce, and then they go away when you save and re-open the project…
