I live in El Salvador, Central America; the currency here is the USD. The first purchase of Dorico I made some years ago, it was all done in $. But now, trying to purchase the 3.5 update, it keeps turning to euros. When I had finally set the shopping cart in dollars, after entering my billing detail, the checkout turned out to be in euros. I’ve lost about $12 in this unwelcome conversion with no reason at all. Is there a way I can solve this?
Sorry to hear about this. I’m afraid I don’t have any insight into which currencies are available and supported in our online shop. Did you try contacting the support team at our e-commerce partner Nexway/AskNet? You can raise a ticket with them here.
Thank you very much for your response Daniel. I contacted Nexway/AskNet and apparently they only charge in euros for purchases outside the USA; the other times before should have been charged in euros, not dollars. Anyways, thanks for your time and help; very much appreciated.
