Set independent track loop - how

I go to the documentation and search for loop and find independent track loop and go there, No picture, it says click the independent track loop button on the tool bar. I don’t recognize or see. It says , if not present click to see the list. I click and don’t see such a thing. I think maybe the bottom tool bar. Same result.

It’s only available in an Editor.
Right-click an empty bit of the toolbar, you’ll get the list in the screenshot.
