Is there a way to set the Dynamic Mapping in the Screenshot below to the default? (In other words, not have to change it for every MIDI track in the Key Editor?).

You can save your Dynamics Mapping settings in a Track Preset.
Okay what is the process to achieve that?
Set your Dynamics Mapping for a MIDI track
Save the track as a Track Preset in the main Project Window.
Then you can add new MIDI tracks by loading the Track Preset you’ve just saved which embeds your Dynamics Mapping settings.
Yes but how to set it as the default?
You cannot as, in the first place, it’s not possible to save a Dynamics Mapping as a preset on its own.
