Setting up my Roland DS88 in Cubase 12

I love some of the patches on my roland ds88 and would like to use them in Cubase 12 Artist. I use the keyboard as a midi controller and it works fine. But I would like to use it more like a VST instrument so I can input the midi and then have it playback the roland patches. I tried to set it up in the MIDI device manager, but unfortunately, the Roland DS series isn’t listed as one of the choices. Any advice?

Hi, Thanks. I’ve seen that video and it’s very informative. However, you can only get the “add external instuments” tab if you have cubase pro. I have cubase Artist.
