Setup for client to remotely view session (video/audio)

hi folks,
I think about setting up a system to get my clients into my recording session as a viewer/listener. I want them to be live with the recording sessions of my voice artists, so they can interact with me during the session and make suggestions.

For now my PC is on the limit when it comes on streaming it to discord via OBS so I wonder if I could se-up a dedicated Mini-PC (NUC) and use something like OBS, cameras and a stream from my Desktop.

I am sure there are other systems available. Does anyone have experience in this and could give me some tips ?

Well, paid options are these:
Steinberg VST Connect (£165/$200 or thereabouts) - one off cost

SessionWire (Pricing) - subscription based, different options, $9 a month for one guest

Cheaper options exist (below), but no doubt require more messing about, whereas the two options above would be simpler and straight forward.

Zoom meetings is another option (share DAW or Desktop), although you would probably need to use the free Sessionwire to transmit the DAW sound output to Zoom.
Not sure if this still works, but Free SessionWire here.

thanks I still heitated using VST CONNECT PRO due to it’s complex setup procedure.
I’ll wait for the next Steinberg Voucher to test it.

I just wonder what other pro-Studios use? f.e. the guys on REMOTE CONTROL and the recording facilities in Prague.

thanks for your response but I look for a professional all-in-one solution.

With sonobus you can share screen, but it is tedious and does not look very good (it is not its strong point)
