Something I really miss is a way to access all the setup parameters from a single table. Setting up instrument, player and staff names, MIDI data flow, techniques, requires thousands of clicks and wandering in a maze of separate dialogs, without a way to have a bird-eye overview on the status of the score.
I would, on the contrary, a single place from where to access all the parameters. The concept is just that of a spreadsheet. So, the Players/Instruments table could be something like this one:
All the editable names would appear immediately, and could be edited without opening and closing dialogs. One would also have a general view on the score setup.
“>” means that there is a pop-up menu. The Flows menu I put in the top-right side could be used to select one of the flows, and show the relevant Layer assignment, but it could also be used to enable viewing all the available flows, that would expand to a longer, but comprehensive table. These could be the first rows:

The goal would be to speed up access to data of the same nature, at the same time across the full score. Without having to continually raise the hands from the keyboard, and deal with multiple dialogs and text fields.
