Shift+Alt+c and the Color pallet

Shift+Alt+c is supposed to open the Color pallet and leave it open until you close it.

Long ago I assigned Shift+Alt+c to another Key Command so that doesn’t function for me. Can someone who has this working take a peek at their Key Commands and tell me what the actual command Shift+Alt+c is assigned to by default. I’ve tried searching the KCs with no luck.

can you combine ( Shift+Alt+c ) (Ctrl+Alt+C) in one key ?

Yes you can assign multiple keystrokes to the same Key Command and either keystroke will execute it.
