Shift/Alt not selecting multiple track outs in inspector anymore, in fact I can’t find any combination that does. Anyone else?

Not quite sure what you mean, but if you’re referring to the ability to change several tracks to the same output at once that is working here [select several tracks/hold shift + alt/change output].
