Shift midi notes horizontally in small increments

Hi,
Is there a way to shift midi note horizontally in very small increments using the arrow and a shortcut?

When I shift the note holding CTRL it shifts by exactly a 16 note no matter how long the note is. Is it possible to shift notes in very small increments?

Change your Quantize value to 128. No need to hold CTRL just use your arrow and nudge to your hearts content.
