Shortcut not working Mac (Command C & Command V)

Hello,

I can’t copy and paste texts (track names, project names) on cubase Pro 14. I have a M3 Macbook Pro. This works fine on my intel computer which i have cubase Pro 14 installed. Is there a system setting that needs to be changed? And no, I didn’t change my keycommands.

Welcome to the forum!

MBP M3 Max here, C14.0.20 Pro, currently on Sequoia 15.4.1, and I’ve been using Command+C/V for copy/paste without issue at all. My guess is that you’ve got some other utility running that is intercepting those keystrokes at the OS level.

Even if you were to remap, say, Command+C to “Show Lanes” or something, Command+C would STILL copy inside a selected text field, as well as “Show Lanes” if you were just on a selected track. Not sure what’s interfering, but all good over here FWIW.

Thank you. I’m surprised no one has encountered this issue. I’m losing my mind trying to figure out the issue.
Thanks

It figured it out. My key command for cut and paste was both CommandC/CommandV and “C” and “V”. I had to delete “C” and “V” to fix the issue. Thanks!
