Can someone tell me what the shortcut “T” does? Coming from Pro Tools I hit it a lot, and it`s totally ruining my sessions.

In the Key Commands Dialog you can type T into the “Type in Key:” field to find out.
And while you’re there why not de-assign it or assign something similar to the Pro Tools function to it.
I use “T” for Transpose, but I believe the default for “T” toggles synchronization from Internal to External.
