Just wanted to appreciate Ulf who upon reading my cry for help (not being able to start D5) sent me a personal message on the Forum, called me via Zoom, screen-shared and helped me fix the problem!
Not only is Dorico my favorite notation software, what makes me a loyal Dorico-ist is the fantastic super-fast customer service all of the Dorico experts provide us ALL!!!
You guys are THE BEST!!!

Yes, @Ulf is an amazing and kind person, and a very solid professional, as well! 
I remember our collaboration (me as the struggling one) in improving the performance of VST Audio Engine, which led to improvement of some Virtual Instruments, as well.
No doubt an outstanding person he is!
I always will be very thankful for his patience and effort about the issue I’ve had back then.

Even though you’ve never helped me directly, your help of many others has helped me also. If you ever get to Seattle, (and I highly recommend it) I will most certainly buy you a beer at one of our really great microbreweries!
