Show tracks with data not showing all tracks with data

Hi there,
there’s something driving me crazy: I can’t for the life of me understand why “show tracks with data” is not showing…tracks with data.
I have a template setup and the visibility agent correctly works for all of my tracks/folder but does not work for a specific one (which is setup exactly as all other folders…its loads of midi tracks assigned to one instrument track).

Is this a known bug?

EDIT: solved…in the folder that was not being shown there was the “goup edit” function active.
For some reason, if that function is enabled tracks with data are not shown (it’s a button in the folder track).
