Shure Digital mic only playing back left signal, how to change to center mono?

I have a shure digital mic connected into a UR44. I have a screen recording app where I’m talking into the mic while recording the screen. When I play it back, my audio is only coming out from the left. How would I fix this?

The mic was working fine when it was connected to computer via USB. This issue appeared since connecting it to the UR44 via mic cable.

if you can make a mono track in that app,or a mono input in a stereo track…or some kind of mono somewhere
