I am trying to submit a signed proprietary ASIO SDK Licensing Agreement and cannot get a
response through the route the SDK itself points to.
- Sent the signed agreement to reception@steinberg.de in August 2026 - no reply
- Tried the fax number printed on page 8 of the agreement several times in early September -
the line does not answer
I am not asking anyone here to process the agreement. I would just like to know the current
route for submitting it, or whether a Steinberg colleague could pick this up.
There is an earlier thread with the same problem that is still without a reply from
Steinberg (“No response to Proprietary ASIO SDK License Agreement submission”,
13 August 2026), so this may not be an isolated case.
