Silence (Plug-In) adds trailing but still no reverb tail

I have a montage project where I’m rendering tracks as individual files. Some tracks with long reverb tails are being cut off at the clip boundaries, even though I’ve set reverb trails in the render options. To fix this, I added the Silence plug-in to the master bus, which adds silence to the end of the tracks. However, the reverb tail is still abruptly cut off.

I’ve attached a screenshot of the rendered track. The original length is 3m20s, but it now extends to 4m20s (with one minute of silence added by the plug-in), yet the reverb is still abruptly cut. Is this a bug?

To prolong a clip length, use the tail feature.

Thanks, PG1. Since I have many clips in the timeline, I added the long-tailed reverb as a track effect to affect all clips. However, I don’t see that setting under track effects. Is there a workaround for this situation?

The setting on my picture means “extend the rendering of the clip for this plugin for 10 seconds”.
See the clip setting, not a track setting.
If you want to have a single reverb and put it on a track, then you must render the titles and not clips, and put the end markers of each title where you want the title(s) to stop.

That approach works for rendering Titles, but I actually want to render all the individual tracks of a montage. I’m using Render > Multiple Outputs > All Selected Tracks.

In that case, you have to insert any marker type at the end of the montage, where you want the rendering to end.
