Hi all, I’m a new user just getting started with Dorico SE. I’m wondering if there’s a way to add the word “simile” at the end of a pedal line. I don’t see a way to do it in the Pedal Lines property panel, but I thought I’d go ahead and ask here. Thanks!
I expect that in SE you could add the term as SHIFT+X text and position it below the staff via the Properties panel, but it will not play back.
I know I created myself a simile playing technique. Along with the fact that you can choose “none” as an end item for the pedal line (in Engraving options globally or in the properties panel locally), it could work (graphically).

If he is using Dorico SE, Engraving mode is unavailable; but yes, creating a playing technique would be my first choice too.
