Simon Phillips missing

After an update Simon Phillips Drums is missing from Groove Agent standalone and plug in. Please help. It shows up in the library manager.

Possible fix:

This time it worked. Maybe I was too flustered the first time. However, The Groove Agent standalone took a very long time to load and when it did no libraries showed up - initially. Went back into Cubase and launched GA - all the libraries, including Simon Phillips, were there. Quit Cubase and relaunched the GA standalone. Now, everything is there. Thanks for the advice and help - all seems well now. I’ve had Groove Agent problems from the beginning. It’d be great if the company would revamp the entire thing. In any case thanks for the help!

When I ran the Media Bay rescan within Cubase, I had checked only GA5 SE, and SP Jazz Drums kits showed up there OK.

Later, I noticed that the SP Jazz Drums kits still weren’t showing up in GA5 (full version) standalone app, so I went back into Cubase and loaded GA5 (full version) VST3, quit out of Cubase and then the kits showed up in GA5 standalone.

The interaction with Media Bay, which is not accessible from within Groove Agent 5, is very confusing. A person who had purchased only Groove Agent would not be aware of Media Bay and would have no way to solve such an issue.
